My husband has recently been diagnosed with Runyans and they think scleroderma see how some one can deteriorate from a vital strong man to someone looks like they're 80 on their deathbed and four months is something that never crossed my mind cancer my son has mental health issues when I found out why it auto immune was I've always heard it but I'd never knew anyone to think I was mortified didn't this is out there and so many people are getting it I never thought I would wish my husband had cancer or lyme disease at least you can cure those things possibly be the way he looks now he looks like he has 1 foot in the grave and there doesn't seem to be any hurry to get appointments for neurologist or pulmonary tests which I think he has lung damage now . How can someone with ulcers on their fingers that his deteriorated so quickly wait three months to get tests and no one is in a hurry apparently I need them and they could careless his doctor told him the best place I would want you to go would be Hopkins we live right outside Baltimore but he said that will take too long to get an appointment you don't have time for that this is bad I thought I try anyway I was told I would have to send any medical records he has over they would review them decide whether he would get an appointment and when and they weren't the only ones to tell me that America should be scared and they should be scared of this I had no idea something like this could go on .

Upon further research because my husband is having Korean his father was in Korea and Vietnam which is been tied back to each an orange which she was exposed to not to mention his mother live there during the war what was she exposed to heat could've been a ticking time bomb from conception this is scary when my daughter come in contact with something that will set it off I hope that he gets the care he needs and he's doing as well as a lot of you seem to be because he literally thinks he's dead I don't think he thinks he's gonna last three months and the way he looked this morning I would have to agree with him so if anyone has any extra info or ways to be seeing quicker and Lord knows I might vocal person I have fought for him to get the help he needs if you had a cancerous tumor they would rush you write in this is in sane and he is in such terrible pain with the lawsuit on his hands he cried one day in the shower the water hurt this is a man that walked around for your needing me surgery and wouldn't take an aspirin The doctor said well that's why I gave him the prednisones for the pain I said how long will that take to three days for weeks she says oh yes weeks how do you leave somebody like that and just misery you can see how miserable he is I feel like I'm in an alternate universe are I hope things work out as well as everyone else mentions and thanks for the post PS the bag balm is working for him I put it on when he was sleeping at night and he's cut his healed when is one finger it's very good pharmacist told me it works for some and not for others but we're having success right now one other thing sorry it's the run on sentences as I'm speaking to the iPad and apparently it doesn't recognize on my words correctly so if the post me look a little odd but good to hear from anyone because my son is 14 and I've been dealing with mental health issues since then said have this put on top of it and be concerned for my five-year-old has a wonderful little girl my sons father was killed in a car accident I don't want to tell another child at their fathers died that is of something you never want to do glad I found this site it's been a most informative that I have run into because he seems to have a combination that is one here so I hope to hear anything anyone has to offer and I'm glad people are doing well

Thanks again.

My heart goes out to you.

I have no understanding of the American health service, so cannot help your distress in any practical way. I will say though, when I was so desperately ill (and terrified as my body collapsed so that I couldn't even get my head up from my pillows), my husband truly thought I was dying. In England my doctor came to me and gave me very high doses of steroids until I could see my Rheumatoid specialist. After scans and tests I was treated with chemotherapy drugs to stop immune system attack. It has been a frightening journey, but I'm much, much better 4/5 years on. I don't know why you have to fight in USA for his treatment, but all I can say is I hope you can get some health worker who understands what you are going through too, and can reassure you that once he's properly diagnosed he will be successfully treated. My husband has always blamed the fact I was brought up in a farming area before many chemicals that were sprayed on crops and the land were banned. So I am interested that you are including Agent Orange in your very panicky (voice recognition) question.

Wishing you help and hope as soon as possible ❤️
