I keep this stuff on hand for all my needs including chapped lips. it really speeds up healing because emulate oil is 98% identical to human skin/tissue and the salves penetrate all layers of skin and go right to work. I think the salves rather than the straight emu oil. but, either, really.

P.s. the emu salve helps strengthen compromised tissue. was told some nursing homes use it to help prevent bed sores in patients as well as heal ones that had already started.
