I have been recommended Ginkgo for Raynaud's but I see there is more than one type of Ginkgo, does anyone know which is best? Thanks
Ginkgo biloba: I have been recommended... - Scleroderma & Ray...
Ginkgo biloba
I just bought some - Earths design: 6000mg formula. Unfortunately I haven't noticed a difference - but only started a daily dose last Friday. I'm still hopeful! I also bought some battery activated heated gloves. They helped when we went out in the cold for Bonfire night!
Thanks for reply. At the moment I am using CIRCULEASE (Healthspan) which works well but if used for too long is not so effective, that's why I wanted to try Ginkgo (which I have used in the past but can't remember which one I tried!!!
Another product from Healthspan which helps a lot of folk is Pycnogenol, not so good for me but we're all different.,
I should not take anything if your on other medication . Consult your doctor first . Good luck and hope you get help .
Thanks for sensible advice and good wishes!
Hi I take Ginkgo Biloba for Raynauds, and have found it helpful. I buy it from Bodycare, it's their own brand and only costs £2.99 for 30 tabs. I still have to take care to keep warm, but the attacks have lessened considerably since I started to take it around 6 weeks ago. Hope this helps and good luck.
Thank you for reply, we have a Bodycare in town so I think I shall give it a go! Such a good price too!!!.
