newly diagnosed with crest syndrome help

hi i am new to this .it is may now and i can honestly say my hands and feet think im in the artic ! the pain can be unbearale . the trouble is when it is hot they swell alot ,i can cope with all the other strange symptoms but please not my hands any advice would be so appreciated thanks x

Do you have any treatment for your Raynaud's. Do you see specialist, a rheumatologist. You don't seem to have any relief, poor you.

Unmanageable pain is my reality also. Home remedies , ice & heat , hot baths, pain rub & anti inflamatory foods(tart cherries) , spices(turmeric) are my practices now . I haven't any ins. Over the counter meds R 2 expensive.
