hi figlin here

what to do   raynauds has caused my hands to be so sore and sensitive

its hard to touch anything despite warmer weather

i have tried many things nothing seems to work

any suggestions i would be greatful

That is what R Daynaud's is whatever the weather. But it needs to be treated although it can't be cured. Are you taking any medication? Have you seen a rheumatologist? You need good advice.

I have Raynaud's Disease as part of Scleroderma, and my treatment regime includes a daily dose of Sildenafil and I wear gloves, mittens and wrist-warmers. I put sticking plasters on the ulcerated bits.

hi, are they pimply and itch for England, splitting under whiteish powdery skin, feeling as if there puffy and cold to the bone or all three? I use a cream call Daktacourt, its a nitrate and hydrocortazine cream, when it comes on a few applications calm it down. At the moment because the English temperature is all over the place my hands/feet/ears keep feeling puffy then normal then puffy then.......on and off during the day. Sometimes its so strange, its asif each hand belongs to different people, ones white with no visable veins while the others red with large veins and then visaversa.
