You need to see a rheumatologist and get treated for your symptoms.Good luck.

I am on Nefidipine for the Raynauds and it really helps. My feet are also numb, and that is part of Raynaud's because the blood vessels shut down, especially if you let yourself get too cold, so wrap up warm! My hands get the same and very sore as well. Feel better soon. Get to that Rheumatologist as soon as you can I think!

seek out a massage therapist !!!!!, I'm a registered therapist from canada and i'm doing case studies with clients who have Primary raynaud's and within 5 weeks we have been able to go asymptomatic ( having no symptoms) for the last 3 weeks. all without having to take medication that who knows if its going to work long term and without damaging other parts of your body. Please everyone i urge you to think of prevention instead of symptom treatment.
