Does anyone know of or had severe neck pain, from mild to debilitating? Not often just springs up out of nowhere.

I ask because this goes back long before I was diagnosed. I asked about it, was tested with something, nothing to detect. I can go up to 2 to 3 years before it hits so I don't think about it till it happens. It can last up 8 to 10 seconds or longer and happen 2 to 5 times a day then stop. The first time it happened I was 16. It is at the back base right side of the head. I am asking because it started again yesterday, not bad yet but I am scheduled for a pacemaker tomorrow and am worried if I bring it up it will delay. The weather here is going to get bad at the time and I don't think I can deal with a delay.
