I'm not sure what you mean by 'outcome' Josephine123. If you mean the long term prospects then I think it depends on how severe your Raynauds is and whether you should be one of the few who develop an associated connective tissue disease. I have had Raynauds since I was 13 but it is well managed with medication even though it is worse than it was (though not dramatically so), though I have since developed limited scleroderma. Hope yours is not too severe and stays stable. Best wishes, BarbJ

I've had Raynaud's for about 8 years now and have learned to cope with it. My Raynaud's seems to have stabilised with the help of medication and has not got any worse. When I was first diagnosed I was, honestly, quite scared of it but am now able to manage reasonably well.

My raynauds started with white finger on 1979 the medication 1adalat a day since then I have had 2 ulcered fingers due two small cuts one would not heal so the plastic surgeon removed the tip but left the nail all went well you just have to watch cut fingers x
