Getting ready for winter with Raynaulds

We are now approaching the worse time of year for me as a Raynauds sufferer, so I am now planning what clothes to wear and checking that I have a spare pair of gloves in the car etc. I bought some thermal socks and Long Johns which are brilliant. They came from an eBay seller called 1066sales. The item number for the Long Johns was 390678287464 but there is a different number for each size. I can really recommend these, so cosy even in the house which saves on heating bills. 1066sales have lots of thermal items. Hope this helps.

There are many different heating aids and warm clothing on the market. Take a look at the RSA website for recommended products.
