Hi Nickylino
It is not easy finding ways to cope but just knowing you are not alone will help. I stumbled across this forum whilst feeling hopeless and helpless and seeking more information on where I could go to get some support. I have a great GP and wonderful friends but only fellow sufferers really understand this illness and what it like to live with.
I am lucky, there are many who are suffering more than myself and I wish everyone the best.
Just be kind to yourself. Rest as much as possible, eat well, try to enjoy life as much as you can, take some gentle strolls if you can and don't be too proud to ask for and accept help when possible. Hope things will get easier for you. Don't despair and don't give up.
keep in touch and let us know how you're doing.
