Thanks for all your replies , its nice to know im not alone ! Any advice where i can get black fingerless gloves that will keep my hands warm at work ? also i have night sweats for about a year now and sore tendon at the back of my foot , are these all connected to raynauds ?

Hi gizmo 75 it is hard adjusting to having raynauds but here is like one big family we all connect one way or another so you are not alone I have raynauds and em basically my body can not get to right temp too hot or too cold both ways very extreme the rsa like mayflower 70 said are very supportive take care .

my son only 15 but was diagnose with raynaud by our doctor when she saw how raw his skin on his hand was. so i just got him to wear gloves at home and he had a tendency to wash his hands a lot and a lot. i stop all that and also got him a water proof socks from strike force for £20. works a treat. its all gone now.
