Well its a lovely sunny bank holiday, long weekend of work decided the garden needed some much need attention. Ended up in a&e my arm had swolen and was so painful i had 6 bites around my elbow now I'm on 2 lots of anti biotics but noticed it has set of my Raynauds even though it's nice and warm.

Oh gosh that sounds painful :( sorry the Bank Holiday ended like that for you.

Stress is a factor which sets off an attack of Raynards in many people...so even though the weather is good for the condition the trauma caused by the insect bites isn't. Poor you....rest up and take care... Bee

Hope you're ok now. Stress would make my Raynauds worse for sure. On the warmest day my hands, feet and back of neck are freezing rest of me is just ok. I'm never warm. :-)
