i have raynauds but my hand stay dis coloured all the time with my knuckes haveing a whit line across on both hands? is this normal ?

ooo that sounds painful ! a continual raynauds attack .... are you taking medication for it ?

I would be going back to my GP if my hands stay discoloured all the time... it must be very painful for you. Do you get ulcers ?

I try and keep my hands flesh pink all the time now, (Medication, handwarmers, Ugg products, hibernation..) as I have had ulcers in the past over the years, which not only are very painful but they take ages to heal. Believe me - prevention of these is so much better than a disease modifying drug (there is no cure).

Have a look at the raynauds and scelroderma associations webstie on raynauds.org.uk as there is lots of info on there about Raynauds as well as there is an online shop which stocks all the essentials for helping to make this experience more pleasant. You could also become a member of the Association and receive a quarterly newsletter which contains the most up to date information on the autoimmune diseases scleroderma and raynauds.
