Have you taken it before? For some, a small dose can help fall asleep and for others it keeps them awake. I couldn't tolerate more than 5mcg in the morning. Whenever I would introduce a second dose in the afternoon, would have a racing heart that wouldn't allow me to sleep.
All this to say if you are new to it take it in the morning or mid day before trying it at night just to see how your body reacts
I take magnesium glycinate and valerian root supplements to help aid my sleep
