Hello all!
just wanted to introduce myself and be apart of a community where i can get help and share my own views, I'm a night owl through and through I've now reached 32 and have quite a few stories , I'm pretty sure i got DPSD, (delayed phase sleep disorder) I'm at peace with it now all though still frustrating at time, are there any other dpsd afflicted individuals? if like to see what works for them etc.
