Melatonin to assist sleep

Yay or nay

Within a week my sleep is getting worse, took Zopiclone for a couple of nights which helped but that is only a short term fix

Trying to work today (I WFH) absolutely knackered so was going to order up some melatonin but unsure which product and dosage

At least the sun is shining amongst the chaos 😀👍☀️

I take Melatonin every night, 3 mg. But, I do recall when I first started taking it, I did not think it worked. I would have strange and bizarre dreams that woke me up frequently. I would say after a couple of weeks that all went away and it works fine now. Smaller doses were not helpful.

I take 5 mg at bedtime and it took me 2 full months to see it was helping. It's not my complete answer, but I do get more sleep now due to the melatonin. I am planning on trying time release melatonin. Glad you're finding some relief and I sincerely hope you find even more help soon.
