Hi I have PTSD

Nightmares are the worse for me. I can’t wake up from them. And when I do , I’m shaking, sweating, and crying. I can have several a night. When something triggers me they are fare worse. Anyone have any advice. I been though all the therapies nothing has worked, but I have had many traumatic things happened to me in my life!

Me too. Awful isn’t it.

If you scroll down there is a similar post which myself and others replied to giving advise.

No one knows how resilient we are 😁

I feel very sorry for you . It must be bloody awful for you .I have had an episode in my childhood where my younger sister died .I was not old enough to understand it and come to learn to accept it but did have lots of very vivid nightmares .in the end during my nightmares I also realised I was dreaming and nothing was going to hurt me where I was sleeping . Good luck with yours . I will never know what you have been through but there is always hope , James

Thank you dear, I hope so too. I am so sorry about your sister, and that you didn’t get to have her in your life all this years. Much❤️
