Hi this is all interlinked, ok here goes.

Had Vitamin b12 injection since getting feel extermely thirty, ?

I feel like im like a dried out prune, skin feels like it has no moisture... eyes are dry, always itchy and all i want is water, but isnt helping.. can u help😊 i feel worse now then i did before i got it, sleep now i cant sleep wat so ever.

I go bed and im sitting in the room wide awake until 5am awake again at 8am sometimes 10am. I feel so shattered, due my next b12 injection monday and really considering not gettin it.

My acid reflux is also playing up aswell, i dont know if its connected as its gotten worse since injection, like i feel sick and appetite is low.

Please give advice as im actually lost!

This sounds like you need to go back to the doctor for advice ASAP and definitely before your next due shot.

Could have a reaction to the specific form of b-12 used (cyanocobalamin is a common b-12 injection), if taking any other meds there could be a reaction to that as well. Having deficiencies in other vitamins as well could cause a reaction as well. You need adequate amounts of iron and folic acid for example.
