Why? Sleep and dream yelling in IRL?

So this has happened a few times now about 4 as far as I can count in the past 18-24 months. This is whats happening. I am dreaming and at some point I am pre-emptively scare yelling or screaming at something or someone that is there to scare me. For instance pulling back a curtain and yelling "ahhh" like a some strange android trying to mimic behaviors seen in the past. Usually for much longer that would be typical in this type of game as it were. The first couple were lower "hhhhhhhhha" or "hhhhhhhhhhhho" like sounds while the latest one was a sequence of 4 "ahhhhh"s slight higher pitched almost like a dull monotone scream you could expect in a horror film had it been slowed down. Almost like a deep exhale with sound is what it feels like. And the strange bit is I am yelling in real life. I get a jab from my SO and I wake up.

5'11"

No quality of life dimishing traumas, disorders, or diseases. My last physical results were healthy, but could lose a few pounds eat better and maybe a bit less alcohol. Which I have been doing with mediocrity.

I have though also developed a nose whistle around the same time frame.

Has anyone else? What and or why or how could this happen/be?

Thanks.

Do you have any movement along with the noises you make.
