Does anybody know a good way to get off of the "drug"? It works but I am sleepy all day long from this pill. I think it is a 10mg.

Hey, Have taken them on/off in past. I know it's not much help but you just have to stop swallowing them. I think they definitly make you Groggy and brain fog during day. Melatonin can get your sleep pattern back, but it's prescription I think. Other than that a nightcap, cocoa, or they recommend just forcing yourself to stay up until your tired and keep regular hours. I use certain selected music on headphones which play for an hour or so and then switch off themselfs.

I hope melatonin works for you. It didn't work for me at all, and it caused me photophobia and headache.
