Tired most of the time!

I went to sleep last night. Woke up for a little while a few times but slept most of the day today and I still feel so drowsy. I didn't eat much then. Ate a banana and hash browns pretty much. So tired to focus to do stuff though. Saw an epilepsy specialist/neurologist on Monday because I have movements that sometimes wake me from sleep. I'll have an ambulatory video EEG probably in a few months (at home). Anyways, I'm wondering if it's a combination of things happening with me. The movements are probably affecting my sleep but also it seems extreme for me to be this sleepy after sleeping so much. Then I'm not sure I should be going back to sleep cause it's so much, even though it's night again now.
