so I have BPD and find it hard to wake up in the morning and usually wake up at midday with the easter holidays ending I'm looking for advice on how to get into a better sleep routine so that i get up on time for college

Hi what time you go to bed? Push that back before college.

Better sleep routine? You need to practice better sleep hygiene is what. Set a regular sleep time that ensures you get about 9 hours each night, give or take 1 or 2 hours :). You should be able to control your sleep.

If you sincerely work on this and it still does not help, you may want to see your doctor who might recommend a sleep study but I am not a doctor :)
