I don't have a diagnosis of Sjogren's but I do suffer with dry eyes and mouth. I get a sore tongue but no neck pain. I have found that I do clench my jaw which causes some minor gum discomfort. I use Xylimelts for the dry mouth.

Hi Myflowers , I have primary Sjogrens, diagnosed a number of years ago . When I was first diagnosed I had terrible trouble with saliva glands that were blocked causing swelling and at time’s infection . I also had swollen lymph nodes all over my body. It might be worth checking with your doctor or dentist as to the cause.

I also get a sore tongue, rinsing with cider vinegar in warm water might give some relief. I hope things improve for you, best wishes.

Unfortunately hydroxy, didn’t help me much, I had to stop it and start rituximab infusions which made a big difference to me.

Unfortunately what suits one doesn’t suit someone else , it can be hit and miss!

jaw pain on my left side along with a slight rash in the same area is my body’s clue that a flare may be coming. I either rest and do nothing or continue on and push through it.

Unfortunately during the Holiday season 2023, I pushed through it. There was so much to do! About a week before Christmas, my body had enough and was in a full on flare,

It is April, and I’m starting to feel a little better but still experience major fatigue, I’ve dropped 10 lbs, extreme dry eyes and all over weakness.

Listen to your body’s warning signals!
