Just been diagnosed with Isolated Ischemic Dystolic Hypertension. Been on two meds and terrible side effects. Now the Sjogrens is flaring. I think the drugs just upset the balance. Now what? Any ideas. Dr. is still working on it 😪

I don't have high blood pressure but I do know about balance. I work hard to keep a balanced diet with foods that don't cause inflammation. Balance sleep and exercise while still having time to de-stress and have fun, etc. But I know that if the treatment is worse than the problem, you need a treatment re-evaluation. People react differently to drugs and may need more or less of them or different ones. Medicine is a practice. If it is practicing on you, be sure to get the best out of the practitioners.
