Hello all! I hope and pray Y'all are doing well! I'm in a bad Flare up! Cuts on tongue, can't swallow, sores on mouth and lips, and body aches! I get to see new Rheumatologist on April 1st. Yay She specializes in Sjogrens cuz most docs are clueless! The Dental Community Helps the most for me so far!
What I'd like to let Y'all know is that there was a new study done that connects Sjogrens with Heart disease and Stroke! Al I did was Goggle "Sjogrens and The Heart," and new study article came up! I wish I knew how to send link to Y'all! I'm a bit of a computer Dummy lol... The reason I did that is cuz I'm in Flare Ip and have had Heart Disease since my early 40's. I've been getting chest pain, but mostly pain going down my left arm and into my hand then hand goes numb! My Cardiologist is sending me for tests and gave me nitrostat! I put under my tongue and it works! Don't know what that means! Does any one with this awful SS have heart disease? I also have RA and had JRA as a child!
