I have sjogrens with positive ro and La antibodies i have had blood and protein i my urine , i am on hydroxy chloroquine aleady my renal function and ultrasound is ok so thats good news but i am getting loin pain on and off i have a 4 month wait for urology,, anyone else have experience of clinical signs like these ? Hi maria , i have had loin pain due to lymph node swelling , this has improved after rituximab infusions .

Thanks i hope that they will do an MRI for me as the ultrasound is possibly not specific enough.
