Had a bad night with pains in knees ( for first time) ankles and wrists. When i had my 3rd cup of tea i decided to google sjogrens and knee pain. Its very small print but at hopkinssjogren.org i found a very informative article that i found worth a read. I am unsure how to link this post to the site , not so good at that sort of stuff 😀

Hi there...sorry to hear that. I've arthritis in my hands/feet..but hands are the worst. Find if I restrain from eating anything from the nightshade family ( potatoes, tomatoes, capsicum, etc) that it helps. If you can give me some more details on where the article is I can paste it in. I am so bad at this !!! I went on link you posted and couldn't find it , so i googled ' knee pain and sjogrens ' and it came up there as pdf by dr Baer. I really need to learn how to do these things🙄
