SWALLOWING!

Hi there. I'm new to this site. Have S'S for at least 20 years! Hundreds spent on dental treatment but my biggest problem is swallowing. All my food is liquidised or mashed and really limits my social life and depresses me. Anyone else suffering likewise and any tips? Thanks to all of you.

I have difficulty swallowing, too. I find holding my head up, thus stretching the neck, helps me. Let's know if it helps you.

I am in the U.S. I take an anti Malaria drug U.S. brand name Pilocarpine...it creates sufficient saliva for me to swallow normally. Good Luck
