I understand completely. Like you I ended up with infected sinus and throat and could hardly drag myself around. Take heart, it does pass but learnt you have to pace yourself. When I overdo things have problems.

Dear Cassiecat, thanks for the support, it is so hot up here at the moment too! I have friends who are on chemo so I have put myself in quarantine. Luckily I have some great books to delve into. Thanks again. I am on the mend.Blessings Adleybra
