painful joints

I have a lot of problems with painful joints and fatigue can anyone give me any ideas what I can do to help

I find that the best thing I can do is to have a multivitamin, fish oil tablets, and a good dose of antioxidants (Olive Leaf Extract) every day, drink plenty of water and keep my problem joints warm. It took a while to improve but I found the improvement was consistent and at the moment my joints are giving me little to no problem medication free.

I also take ginseng and Vit D supplements for the fatigue although I am not sure how much they are helping, I suspect less than water and the multivitamin.

I really hope you feel better soon. Fatigue is the worst and with constant nagging pain on top of that it can be a lot to handle.

with painful joints i take 3000mg of Grapeseed tablets and Fish Oil 4000mg a day after a few days the pain should be nearly gone, with fatique you need as much liquid nutrients as possible to feed the cells, you need a probiotic powder i take 1 teaspoon in juice each morning mine is called 2012 this can be bought from the shop on our website sjogrens.org.au and you need to drink lots of raw vegetable juice get yourself a juicer

I had the very same pain two years ago. I managed at first with Aleve but eventually got a stomach bleed from them. I have always had a hard time taking anti-inflamatories and had to take medicine to heal the bleed. I saw many different doctors for this pian in all my joints. At some point I had terrible swelling in my left arm and hand. It got to the point where the pain was excruciating and I couldn't use my left arm at all. This was a huge problem since I am dominantly a lefty and have Erbs Palsy in my right arm. I went to see a neurosurgeon because I have many issues with my lower back (have had 12 R side laminectomies and one spinal fusion from L4 thru S1. I also have 5 bulging discs in my cervial (neck) and thought that maybe it was coming from that so I scheduled an appt with my neurologist. She examined me and informed me that she thought something else was going on because it was not my neck. She told me to go see a rheumatologist which I did. Well a simple blood test revealed that I had rheumatoid arthritis. They then did a special blood test named Vector DA. This measures the level of the disease in your system. Mine came back in the high level. They tried me on a few by mouth medicines but couldn't take them because they made me sick. I am now receiving infusions for my illness. Unfortunately none have worked so far but it is a trial and error process. Some people have immediate luck and others take longer because of one reason or another. In any case you need to schedule yourself to see a rheumatologist and explain your pain. It sounds to me like an auto-immune desease which is what rheumatoid arthritis is. There are other ilnesses in the arthritis family and I'll bet you dollars to donuts that you have an arthritis condition of some sort. Good Luck and Best Wishes for better health!
