I am a 82 year old man with leakage for about 2 years. I am using 2-3 Tena absorbent guards a day.I like the wings but they often fold over leading to leakage to my underwear. I have written the company to consider adding adhesive strips for the wings. After trying double sided adhesive tape, I found the best solution is two binder clips, one on each side holding the wings to the underwear.

I have to ask, aren't those binder clips awfully uncomfortable? I would think that metal would not be very nice to your skin.
Also, have your tried guards from NorthShore Care Supply or anyone else? I would hope that some company is putting adhesive on those "wings" to hold things in place. I am just not very familiar with the male guards and who might have adhesive in more than one place on them.
You can call NorthShore Care and ask them about their guard products and you can also get free samples. Most online retailers are happy to send you samples of their products. If you need help finding online retailers, you can go to this website to find many of them : continencecentral.org/
