I have urinary incontinence.

I use swimmates. In the water they are great. Prior to getting in the water, sitting on a lounge chair, will they keep me dry. How about after I get out of the pool?

Swimmates were designed to contain bowel incontinence. So how they might work after having been in the water might be something you should ask the company that makes them, which is Principle Business Enterprises (PBE).
