I want to wish everyone here in our group the very best in 2023. This past year has been so very challenging for so many of you, and I hope that the information that you have shared with each other has helped, and the emotional support has also helped you in many ways.

Thank you to all who have posted questions, concerns, product information, stories, and your challenges. We all learn from each other, and this is how we make progress!

You are a wonderful group of people. Let's keep sharing and supporting each other into the new year and beyond!
