I want to wish everyone here in our group a very Happy New Year. I hope that improved health, peace, and joy are a part of your New Year.

I hope that this group has been of help to you during the past year. During 2019, I hope that many more of you will feel free to ask more questions, post your thoughts and experiences, because that's how we all learn from each other. Remember that we are all here to support and help each other in this safe and anonymous environment.

Here's to a great year ahead! Cheers!!!
