It has been said by many health professionals and people affected by SCD that tracking of crises and other symptoms in a health diary can help to manage the condition while others say that sickle is so unpredictable that even keeping a diary does not help. what do you think? comment below

I think keeping a diary is long. I've tried to keep so many diaries but on days that i dont feel up to filling it out i leave it and then there is just too much to try and remember. I study my body though, and make a mental note of what works for me and what my 'triggers' are. It has helped a lot!

It could help but every crisis is different in the way it happens - whether its gradual or at once i am talking from my own experience so I would say try it and see :)

Sounds like a good idea, but sometimes a crisis comes out of no where. This is very discouraging and I lose hope once again that the diary is helping me.
