Hi There, sorry he's in pain. Try soaking him in a hot bath. It does help but is only a temporary solution

Hi get a couple of hot water bottles to put where the pain is and give him plenty to drink.

Hi Lashas3, how's your son doing? Hope he's better.

I hope he gets well soon. You should try using an infra-red lamp, it's more powerful than a hot water bottle. Also deep heat for massages, a warm bath and distracting him is also key.

If he is older a heating pad if not only a hot water bottle luke warm. A heating pad also a electric blanket depend on the person age. A electric throw does not get as hot as heating pads and electric blankets I have all three but I am a adult. Hoping this helps.

Hi Lasha23, have you tried painkillers? If not get to see your GP fast. If the crisis pains are strong and unbearable get your child to A&E fast because SC crisis pains are stronger than people think and not easy to describe. Don’t put your child through unnecessary and unbearable pain. Talking from personal experience over 62 yrs as a sufferer. Good luck.

Hydrate, keep warm and keep positive, allow him to feel free, stress can be an severe attribute. When your stress it won’t help.As an SS sufferer I have eliminated these (stress) away. It is well
