I just want to know are there anybody looking further into sickle cell trait. I have the trait and there are times (usually during weather change) where I'm in unbelievable pain. Where every each of me is hurting. My skin my scalp everything to the point where I can barely move.

Unfortunately SCT can present with symptoms similar to SCD crisis. When this happens you must aggressively hydrate, rest and take high dose NSAIDs on a schedule. Like 800 of ibuprofen every 8 hours. If you have a doctor who is up on the latest , they should know it’s poss and if so may be willing to give you OV fluids and Oxygen during these very painful episodes.

Hello Luvnuallways, thanks for your tips. I also have sickle cell trait and I have symptoms similar to disease. I have a question what is Nsaids? And is this medicine effective when it comes to sickle cell crisis? I have been having a lot of pain and sickle cell pain in my arms and chest. Oxygen is very important and there are portable oxygen bags you can buy online for a reasonable price I am looking into buying me a portable oxygen bag because with sickle cell trait sometimes my oxygen level is low and it would be nice to have one at home. NSAIDs mean anti inflammatories like ibuprofen or naproxen. You get them at the pharmacy over the counter

Have you tried the Noni Juice?

No I haven't tried the Noni juice. I haven't heard of it. Is this juice good? Thanks for telling about it.
