back sickling

I also had them lower back and have been seeing an osteopath, weight and muscle are an important part with sickling.

So I took up training with a boot camp, and it moved the sickling up to the chest cavity where I have it now.

Obviously I had to stop the training and taken on a strict diet my wife came up with and with careful monitoring and eating main meals before 3 pm every day and just raw veg at night gradually I am able to control the ache.

Just remember that the sickling can develop anywhere in the body so you are the controller.

Diet and health will strengthen you and also the pain but it will never go away as long as you control your own intake.
