Oh the pain

There is a calypso that says "how many more must die" and I wonder now if the composer had a Sickle Cell Trait? There is a need for some serious intervention on the behalf of those with the trait. I am always tired, short of breath and the pain, oh the pain. I made an appointment with a hematologist and have to wait 2 weeks before I get seen, this in the midst of crisis. Is this not important?

Help those who suffer Father I pray.

Hello, if you suffering then go into A&E don't wait to get an appointment, that will take too long, and it's dangerous to allow yourself to go through that much pain, you will be doing more harm than good. In the mean time, I recommend plenty of water, and use hot water bottles on areas that hurt or a infra-red light. I hope you feel better soon, and please please, if it's really painful just call the ambulance.
