what kind of water will help keep my 4yr old daughter hydrated spring, purified or any other kind?

i also crush ice to get her more water. The cold from the ice doesn't bother her at all. she has only had 1 pain crisis when she was 1yrs. her spleen is sequestering blood and is still enlarged even after trans.

I don't think you should give your daughter ice unless it is exceptionally hot. Over time she will most likely develop sensitive teeth. That's what happened to me. Cold water and sickle cell do not mix.
