Stage 4 clear cell ovarian cancer !!!!latest scan Showed steady until December 2019 doing weekly taxol !!!

Seen growth growing in scan there not sure too we’re

Stopped weekly taxol on doctors ordered

Rise in ca 125. Can’t move legs

Was doing fine until stopped taxol now scared it metates to the brain

Don’t know what the hell there doing ,

Really pissed 😡 and nothing I can do

Anyone have anything similar or stupid like this let me know ????

I have clear cell stage 3c and am in UK. Chemo didn’t work for me at all. I went to London for a second opinion and was immediately put on a clinical trial. The drug is an ATR inhibitor called AZD 6738 and I have been on this trial fir the last 2 1/2 years . Tumours have shrunk from total of 13.6 cm to 6.5 cm and one of the liver tumours has gone. There are other ATR inhibitors too but I don’t know their names. Maybe worth asking. A friend with clear cell has recently started on the same drug and her first scan results were good.

Asked doctors no one as heard of this one in Canada or they have it here

Ask your doctors about a clinical trial. Is there one available ? I hope you get some answers soon. These ladies on this forum know a lot and have been through a lot. They are helping me. Hugs to you.
