So trying to work out in my head if my endometriosis has returned or if Something else after my GP Dr did some blood tests and got the following result CA125 ≥ 35IU/ml:... he explained all to me but now waiting for an appt. with Oncology May take up to 3 weeks even though urgent due to COvid19so sitting tight....
I’m bloated, and sore, pain comes and goes before during and after periods. All quite normal for Endo symptoms but now I’ve got a few things like loss of appetite or missing meals, dizzy, light headed, very tired, feeling extremely bloated so can’t eat or the thought of eating isn’t even there. Peeing quite a bit, not the best water drinker but in the last 2 months I’ve been peeing often.
So while I wait further tests any answers on the results please, my head if ok and not so ok ...
Thank you all!

CA 125 can be high for a number of reasons. It rises with almost any type of inflammation.
I would ask my GP to get more info (a CT scan of chest abdomen and pelvis) especially if it can be done before the oncology appointment. This might either allay your fears of ovarian cancer or Give you more time to wrap your head around a diagnosis and help you prepare questions for the onc.
You didn't mention whether or not they did a transvaginal sonogram. That and the CA125 are the tools they use to try to differentiate ovarian cancer from other conditions/diseases. That is something you could have done before seeing the oncologist that may speed things up in getting answers when you do see the oncologist. I'm also hoping you are seeing a gynecologic oncologists. They are the ones who are trained to do the debulking surgery if God forbid you end up with a diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Did your current doctor tell you what the number was for the CA125 or just that it was above normal?
