One year visit

Thank you for the words of support. Saw doctor today for my one year results. CT scan didn’t show any changes. However my CA125 has elevated to 35. Still within norms but doctor is going to do monthly CA125 checks and schedule another CT in three months to monitor changes. Not going to stress about it.

I would go ahead with CT now. CA125 wasn’t a good indicator for me. When mine got to 25 I was having pains so doctor went ahead with CT. I had to have

a splenectomy and part of my stomach and panaceas removed.! May not be same for you, but be proactive. I was told when my numbers started going up from 8-9, 12

they didn’t worry til they got to 35 . Mine only got to 25. Good luck!

Hello dear,

My mum is going through the same phase.. Her Ca125 spiked to 26 from 12 in last 6 months but doctors haven't taken any action. I hope everything comes out to be fine for both of you Take care..
