I had the same diagnosis as your mother in September 2016. AFTER 5 CHEMOTHERAPIES,DEBULKING, THEN 3 MORE MY CA-125 WENT FROM 2900- TO A MORE NORMAL 31. I don't have any personal experience with drug trials, my "COCKTAIL" was TAXOL/CARBOPLATNUM AND IT SEEMS TO DO THE TRICK, JUST PRAYER, AND LIVING ONE DAY AT A TIME.
