Are you thinking of doing those things in place of chemo or in addition to chemo?

If your on Facebook theres,a group there called ovarian cancer women ask to join you may find the answer there.. I'm doing chemo for stage 1 clear cell. I chose to do chemo because clear cell can be aggressive but I will say I've been ok during chemo, I get tired and I rest, of course I lost my hair but I found some cute wigs.. I had what's called a medication port put in so it's easier for chemo to go through that versus picking at your veins ..

Cynthia18- Personally, I have eaten organic whole foods all my life. My mother was an early nutritionist who made everything from scratch with fresh ingredients, some from our own vegetable garden. I don't smoke, drink or over eat. I get plenty of exercise, ride my bike 25 miles at a time and don't get winded and paddle my kayak for miles as well. I have now had breast cancer AND ovarian cancer 3C. I am negative for BRCA. If eating properly could cure people then why do people who eat properly, get plenty of exercise and don't abuse their bodies still get cancer? Steve Jobs thought he'd cure his pancreatic cancer "alternatively" by eating vegan/organic. Well, he's dead now.

I was beginning to die when diagnosed, chemo and a skilled Oncological Surgeon SAVED MY LIFE. Of course, chemo was the last thing I wanted to do, but without chemo I would be dead now. I am 7+ months in remission and hoping to God it never comes back.

My advice is to be very careful of the natural "cures" you will find on the Internet. There are many out there that don't do anything for you. I know because I tried them and ended up with a collapsed lung and nine days in the hospital while they diagnosed me and I ended up with a pleural effusion tube inplanted in me that needs drained once a week.

There are some things that you may be able to use in conjunction with your chemo. But ask your oncologist before adding them. The only natural supplement I take now is Pectasol-C a modified citrus pectin that is supposed to keep cancer cells from sticking together and causing more tumors to form. I am going through chemo and doing well with it, some side effects but if you want to beat this disease you need do do what the experts in the field suggest. Best wishes for your recovery!

I did the sugar free diet. Keep my sugar intake under 5 grams. Tumors kept growing with chemo. Cancer doc made me stop the diet. He said my body could fight the cancer while I was dieting. He encouraged me to eat lots of protein. Jello has protein in it. That's one of the reasons they push it in the hospital.

I did the weekly chemo along with the other things I had mentioned.my ca125+ cat scans have been in the negatives!!!

I will continue with my oil,I KNOW IT KILLS CANCER CELLS!!! I'm living proof...I watched it all before my eyes:)
