Disease Progressing

The bone scan has shown a progression of my disease. They want me to try Kisquali , has anyone had experience with this? I’ve been off Ibrance for 2 years now.

Any feedback is much appreciated.

I have not had the experience of rechallenging cdk46 yet but it is becoming more common. I am on a clinical trial after Ibrance/Letrozole but plan to try Kisquali at some point in my treatment.

Sorry to hear of the progression. I have been on Kisqali for 2 1/2 years and have shown marked improvement although the fatigue has been bad. But then again, I still work full time. Hope you will do well.

Kisqali didn't work for me after Ibrance and Verzenio failed, but it must work for some who have been on previous CDK4/6 inhibitors. Research shows Kisqali to be the best of the three CDk4/6 inhibitors -- works longer. Side effects aren't bad.
