For ILC or Lobular ladies

I want to listen again because of all the info. A couple things I initially took away all or almost all Lobular Cancers have a loss of e-cadherin. A FES PET provides a more accurate diagnosis (but can provide false positives). Intense exercise including strength training is very important (obviously most if not all need to built up to that intensity). The example, if you can't talk your working too hard, if you can sing your not working hard enough. And in the Q&A - Onc might want to consider treating with a combination of AKT and CDK4/6 drugs for ILC patients. Here is the link

Thank you for sharing. Fascinated about the strength training. Only walking one hour a day so will have to up my exercise routine

You are doing better than I. Verzenio is taking its toll on my energy. My work schedule is 4 10 hours days. I do my best with walking and strength training on my off days but tough on my work days. I liked the description regarding workout intensity.

Wow impressed by your 10 hour work schedule. Not back to my previous work schedule at all. Only do half days at mo but hope to progress
