hello everyone! Hope you are all doing well.

I wanted to touch base and see the timeline of treatments for those with a BRCA2 gene. I read a scary article about the efficacy of CDK4-6 inhibitors being less effective with those with the BRCA gene so I wanted to reach out and see your experiences. Thank you so much.

Yes, this thread interests me too.

For my first line , I had a complete response with Palbo, but only got 9 months from it. Then had Everolimus and had about the same time on that. I've had the longest run so far on Capecitabine (one year).
