MBC since jan 2018 , and diagnosed with leukemia sept 2021. Treatment induced leukemia from red devil chemo done with early stage breast cancer in 2006.

Wow! That is quite the double whammy! I found one 2019 study on PubMed which looked at the risk of "chronic myeloid leukemia" after a diagnosis of breast cancer. It concluded that "Breast cancer patients have an increased risk of developing CML and further investigation is required to establish the causes of this finding." However, the risk appeared to be very low by my calculation (.04% or 4 cases in 10,000). I gather from your comment that treatment with "red devil chemo" increases the risk.
I am very sorry that you have to deal with both such serious illnesses. I hope there are common treatment approaches familiar to your oncologist.
Sorry to hear that you are dealing with two major cancers. I am dealing with one and it is difficult enough. I would guess you have found a treatment for both as you are a year into both and still can write a letter here. I have MBC. Can't help with info on both.
