Betty,I can't see the photo but I dearly appreciate the sentiment that when I am feeling well I am perfect. When I am feeling well or even better I rejuvenate and feel that I am good as life is good. I try to hold onto my reality concerning goodness when I do not feel well, but sometimes that truth that I am good and life is good is difficult to hold onto. In order to hold onto my resiliency in times that I am feeling unwell, I try to have reminders around that I am good.. Your post is a good reminder. Thank You

Mary so sweet to hear that as just at the moment I am very nauseous and yet this photo from yesterday reminds me that tomorrow may be better!

I am so sorry that you are feeling sick right now. Me too . I am being referred to a gastro guy... Thinking of you right now, and holding the sight in mind of you flying high with your daughter and her beau.. We hold on. In this together. Night now.. May we sleep knowing that somewhere in cyberspace we are connected and care.

Hi Mary- I woke at 4 with stomach continued but now at 9 am I’m better and hopeful… when is your gastro appt? Hope you don’t have long to wait. What have your symptoms been like. They always ask if I have early feeling of fullness. I don’t do you?

Cute picture! Glad you enjoyed your flight seeing. I faced my fears and did two flight seeing trips in Alaska recently. They were awesome! Hope you feel better soon. Sending hugs.

Thank you! I posted that to show things aren’t all doom and gloom for me. But I was quite scared for a bit. And of course we are always waiting for the other shoe to drop so if not this time then the next time.
